For cancellations regarding special occasion makeup & makeup lessons made 48 hours or less prior to your appointment will result in a 50% charge of the total service fee. You may reschedule but please be aware it'll be subject to availability.

For bridal cancellations made within 4 weeks of the wedding day will forfeit a 50% charge of the total quote given.

If you arrive more than 15minutes late to your appointment please be aware your appointment will be shortened or potentially have to be rescheduled due to other appointments and scheduling. If the appointment has be rescheduled a 50% fee may apply.

Please also be aware if you live outside a 15 mile radius of Sudbury Suffolk travel costs may be applied.
